🔎 What does it consist of

The It clicks program aims to fill vacant positions and build candidate banks using strategies implemented through social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

It consists of 5 steps.

1. Analysis of the company profile

Once you have contacted us by phone, email, Messenger or What's App (yes, we have it all – you can't say we can't be reached😉), we create your company profile with you based on a questionnaire. This step typically takes about 15-30 minutes and can be done over the phone, in person, or via Zoom.

In short, you tell us about your situation and your needs.

2. Design of the tailor-made package

Then, our team prepares a personalized fixed-cost package for you, which may include:

  • Social platforms that will be used to recruit.
  • The number of ads offered using your employer brand to animate your pages and attract potential candidates.
  • The number of dark posts and their formats.
  • The proposed advertising budget.
  • The list of performance indicators.

3. Design of strategies

Following the order of your package, we identify the best strategies to implement according to the expected platform(s) to use, and the context in which the project fits.

There are endless strategies – the sky is the limit. Thinking outside the box can pay off!

For example, if you want to recruit young Gen Z (18-25 years old) in a given area, we could establish a strategy based on the design and distribution of reels on TikTok by positive young local influencers.

4. Implementation and monitoring of strategies

Our team will take care of implementing the strategies chosen and agreed upon with you, as well as monitoring the results. You will regularly receive data on the progress of the mandate. If agreed, we will also send you the applications received and compiled.

5. Continuous improvement

We start the packages the first of every month. At any time, you can call us to complete the first two steps, identifying the business profile and designing a tailor-made package.

How long will it take to recruit or build my bank of candidates?

It all depends on each project, but for more common positions (ex. barber, waiter, pharmacy technical assistant [PTA], project managers), you'll see real results within the first month!

For positions to be filled that are less common (ex. senior pharmacist, head chef in a high-end restaurant), the work needed to be done requires a little more time.

Are we talking about a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan?
