On September 30, the Gala Espoir 2021 was held by the Regroupement des gens d'affaires de la Capitale nationale (RGA). It was an opportunity to highlight the companies and leaders who have been role models for the Francophone business community in Ottawa and Gatineau. This year, nine recipients were recognized in different categories.
It is with much pride and honour to share with you that Marilou, our agency leader, accepted an award on behalf of the entire team in the "Sustainable environment" category.
ECOLEAD's mission is to create positive movements on social networks for sustainable development. Responsible marketing is at the heart of each of our projects, and how we proceed is guided by the principles of sustainability. We use the power of social platforms to create good around us and in the community.
Our dedicated team is committed to making a real difference and transforming the public's perception of marketing as we know it. As Marilou mentioned in an article published in the newspaper Le Droit (2021): "We are talking about manipulation, deception, and sales aimed at consuming more and more, regardless of the environmental and socio-economic impacts".
We know that with a moral sense and a touch of kindness, it is possible to succeed while still being environmentally conscious, transparent and fair with employees, and available to help others.
Once again, a huge thank you to the RGA team for their efforts in highlighting the importance of sustainability and Francophone development in the business world.
